A variety of assessments may be used to determine your child's strengths and weaknesses to help develop program goals and objectives. Assessments available include the Vineland, VB MAPP, and Inventory of Good Learner Repertoires.

Improve communication

Applied behavior analysis (ABA) has been scientifically proven to increase communication in children diagnosed with autism.  Communication can be greatly improved for both verbal and non-verbal learners. As a result of increasing and improving communication skills, many challenging behaviors are greatly reduced.

Play and Leisure skills

Children learn so much through play. Children with ASD often lack many of these skills making it challenging to build and sustain friendships. At ABC, play is an integral part of your child's program leading to increased social skills and confidence.
